How to change your postpaid plan on Airtel & Idea

Whats the first thing that comes to our minds when we want to change our postpaid mobile plan. Calling the customer care. However, this may take a lot of time in most cases.

One simple way here is to do it right u on your smartphone, via your official mobile service providers app.

Here are the steps you need to follow to change your postpaid plan based on your service providers.

Airtel Customers -

1. Download & install My Airtel app on your smartphone.
2. Configure the app using your phone number.
3. Now, tap on the three horizontal dots from the top right corner from the Me section of the app.
4. Open change plan option from the popup menu.
5. Now it will take you to the plan summary page, select change plan to move to the plan selection page.
6. Select your plan and tap ok to register your plan change request.
7. You will receive the confirmation message regarding the same.

Idea Customer - 

1. Download & install My Idea app on your smartphone.
2. log in your mobile number.
3. Then go to the My Account section on the app.
4. Now tap on the billing details from the top right corner of the app.
5. Now tap on change option in front of the bill plan option.
6. Select the plan you want to change.
